How do I compliment the practice or complain about the service I have received?

All the Doctors, Nurses and Staff aim to provide the most appropriate treatment, help or advice to meet particular patients needs. We welcome any comments that you have for improving the services we provide and constructive criticism is always listened to. It is very much appreciated when patients pay us a compliment, so please let us know when you feel we have performed well for you. Occasionally, however things may go wrong and you may feel you wish to make a complaint.

Attached is a copy of the Practice Complaints Leaflet. Copies are available from Reception. It is often possible to resolve a problem informally. Please contact the Practice Manager initially if you think this is an option that may work.
